Garrowhill Family Fun Week

Summer Holiday Club

3rd-9th August

This year the Summer Holiday Club is part of a bigger event - Garrowhill Family Fun Week. We are delighted that in addition to the Holiday Club there are different exciting events happening at Mure - not to be missed.  The Holiday Club for primary school age children runs from the 3rd to the 9th August. This will be organised with the help of Scripture Union. For more details of all the events please click here.

Sunday Brunch

A reminder that Sunday, 5th July sees the start of our Summer Brunches after the morning service. Come along and enjoy the culinary delights prepared by Mure's own Master Chef!

Long Service Award

During the service on Sunday, 14th June, Malcolm presented Bill Russell with a long-term service award for over 40 years of service to Mure Memorial as our church organist. Well done Bill and please keep up the good work. Picture of Bill is here.

Gardening Team

The Gardening Team have now started meeting on Sundays from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. and on Mondays from 6:15 to 8:15 p.m. Good progress has been made so far tidying up the grounds, etc. However, it is a huge job and we would be grateful if you could spare any time at all and come along and help. If you would like to help, please contact or just come along when you are able.

 New Communion Dates

The Kirk Session has decided that it would be better to spread our Communion Services throughout the year and have agreed to change the dates of future communions to the second Sunday in September, December, March and June.
